Orders & payment
How do I place an order?
Browse our website at www.ethereal-weaves.com, add your chosen pieces to cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed successfully, you'll receive a confirmation email. Note that confirmation emails indicate your order was received — it is only fully confirmed once dispatched.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a range of payment options:
* Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
* Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available)
* Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE - subject to availability
* Other methods listed at checkout
All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes - you may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement by emailing us at etherealweaves11@gmail.com. After this window, we may have already begun processing your order and cancellation may not be possible.
What currencies do you charge in?
All prices on our website are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED). For international orders, currency conversion is handled by your bank or payment provider at their prevailing rate. Ethereal Weaves is not responsible for conversion fees or exchange rate differences.
What is your COD refusal policy?
We allow a maximum of one COD refusal. Repeated refusals may result in your COD eligibility being restricted or permanently suspended for future orders.
Shipping and Delivery
How long does order processing take within UAE?
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

We ship to:

* GCC: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar
* International: Australia, Cambodia, Canada, India, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States
If your destination isn't listed at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.
What are the shipping rates and delivery times?
* UAE Standard: 3–5 business days — AED 32 flat rate
* UAE Express: 1–2 business days — AED 45 flat rate
* GCC Countries: 5–10 business days — calculated at checkout
* International: 10–21 business days — calculated at checkout
Free standard UAE shipping on orders above AED 300. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, peak seasons or any inevitable geopolitical conditions.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, please reach out to our support team.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Please ensure your address is accurate before completing checkout. If you spot an error, contact us immediately at etherealweaves11@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +971 50 135 6838. We'll do our best to update it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.
Returns, refunds & exchanges
What is your return window?
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
What are the conditions for a return?
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
* Unused and unwashed
* In their original condition with tags and packaging intact
* Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
Not eligible for return: worn, altered, customised, or blouse-stitched items; sale/clearance items marked as final sale; personalised products; items damaged by the customer; and gift cards.
How do I start a return?
1. Email etherealweaves11@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and send return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship to the address provided.
4. Share the return tracking number with us via email.
⚠️ Please do not send returns without prior approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method - Ethereal Weaves is not liable for items lost in transit during the return.
I received a defective or wrong item. What now?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Our Terms of Service and Legal Notice are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably; if unresolved, they fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
