Refund policy

1. Our Return Philosophy
At Ethereal Weaves, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
 
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Original packaging, tags, and any accessories must be intact
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided
 
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
• Products that are worn, altered, customized, blouse-stitched, damaged after delivery, or purchased under clearance/sale categories may not be eligible for return unless defective. Sale or discounted items marked as final sale or clearance.
• Customized or personalized products
• Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
• Gift cards or vouchers
 
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
• Step 1: Email us at etherealweaves11@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
• Step 2: Our team will review your request within 2 to 3 business days and send you return instructions
• Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided
• Step 4: Share the return tracking number with us via email
 
Please do not send returns without prior approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
 
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received from our end.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Ethereal Weaves is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
 
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
 
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank, then contact us.
 
6. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or color on eligible items, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at etherealweaves11@gmail.com with your order details and the product you would like to exchange for.
Exchange requests are processed using the same eligibility criteria as returns.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
