Shipping policy

  1. Order Processing
    All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
    You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
    Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. 

    2. Shipping Destinations
    We currently ship to the following regions:
    * United Arab Emirates (UAE)
    * GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar)
    * International destinations (Australia, Cambodia, Canada, India, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States)
    If your destination is not listed at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.
     
    3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
    Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are as follows:
     
    UAE (Standard Shipping): 3 to 5 business days | AED 32 flat rate
    UAE (Express Shipping): 1 to 2 business days | AED 45 flat rate
    GCC Countries: 5 to 10 business days | Rates calculated at checkout
    International: 10 to 21 business days | Rates calculated at checkout
     
    Free standard shipping is available on orders above AED 300 within the UAE.
    Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
     
    All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED). For international orders, currency conversion is handled by your bank or payment provider at the prevailing rate. Ethereal Weaves is not responsible for any conversion fees or exchange rate difference

    4. Logistics & Packaging
    We partner with trusted international and regional courier services including Aramex, DHL, and FedEx for international and GCC shipments, and local courier partners for UAE deliveries. The carrier assigned to your order may vary based on destination and availability.
     
    Every order is carefully packed to protect the integrity of your saree during transit. Premium tissue wrapping and secure outer packaging are used to ensure your piece arrives in pristine condition 

    5. Order Tracking
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status.
    If you have not received a tracking email within 8 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
     

    6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
    For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Ethereal Weaves has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
    We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.
    Please note that delivery timeframes for international orders may also be affected by customs clearance procedures and public holidays in the destination country, which are outside our control.
     
    7. Damaged or Lost Packages
    If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and videos immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at: etherealweaves11@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
    If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your building reception first. Then contact us and we will help investigate.
     
    8. Incorrect Address
    Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Ethereal Weaves is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
    If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at etherealweaves11@gmail.com. We will try to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.
