    We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, textures, and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will reflect exact colors.
    Prices listed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation will apply to your purchase.

    4.1 Placing an Order
    When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
    You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; orders are only confirmed upon dispatch.

    * Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE, subject to availability

    We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Promotional offers and discount codes are valid for a limited time and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
    In the event of a pricing error on our website, we are not obligated to fulfill orders at the incorrect price. We will contact affected customers to offer the option of completing the purchase at the correct price or receiving a full refund.

Force Majeure Clause
    Ethereal Weaves shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control including wars, natural disasters, strikes, governmental restrictions, supply chain disruptions, or transportation delays.
     
    17. No Handmade / Craftsmanship Variation Protection
    As many of our sarees are handcrafted, handwoven, or artisan-finished products, slight variations in weave, texture, zari work, color tone, and motifs are considered part of the uniqueness of the product and shall not be treated as defects.
     
    18. COD Refusal Protection
    Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders is allowed a maximum of one time. Any further refusals may result in restriction or permanent suspension of future COD eligibility.   

    19. Changes to These Terms
    We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our site after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
